Heart at Home Amedisys Home Health Care
All heart conditions, are no matter how complex, are supervised under the Heart at Home program at Amedisys Home Health Care. Amedisys clinicians provide important and detailed assessments as well as education to help patients successfully manage their medications, every day symptoms, mobility and other aspects of care. If necessary, they will also do their best to coordinate other services, including physical therapy, special equipment and nutritional education. Our goal is to provide the information and skills needed to stay safely in the home after home health care has ended.
