Bermuda Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center provides a complete continuum of care including short term rehabilitation, long term care and out-patient therapy. Located in a serene country setting, the facility is easily accessible from Interstate 40.
Our professional and compassionate staff at Bermuda Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center offers care and activities that are based the interests and needs of individual patients. Once admitted to the program, a patient undergoes assessments within twenty-four hours from recreation, nutrition, nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy. Based on these assessments, a plan including our state of the art rehabilitation services is developed in conjunction with the patient and their family. The plan is assessed and overseen by an attending physician and sees patients as often as clinically necessary.
