Carolina Senior Care in Winston- Salem is a non-profit provider of PACE services under the sponsorship of United Church Homes and Services. PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a comprehensive health care program designed to address the desires of elders who wish to remain in their community while receiving all needed medical and supportive services in their home. PACE offers an entire continuum of care to seniors with chronic care needs, while encouraging independence in their own homes for as long as possible.
