Elder Care Choices Of Senior Services is uniquely part of subscribing companies’ employee benefits packages and our service is designed to not only save employees time in identifying and locating appropriate resources, but to answer any questions they may have. Developed in 1995, Elder Care Choices Of Senior Services was created in response to the growing demand among the local business community for a specific option to help employees manage both their work as well as their caregiving responsibilities.
Elder Care Choices Of Senior Services has had an association of the area’s leading employers, including R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center and Sara Lee, involved to create this innovative service.
Since the inception of Elder Care Choices Of Senior Services the program has grown and expanded as more employers are realizing the dramatic impact that caregiving can have in the workplace. At this time, Elder Care Choices Of Senior Services provides services to employees of more than 20 corporate clients representing over 18,000 local employees. Our goal is to help people understand and make the most of their benefits packages.
