Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital was recently praised in a national patient satisfaction survey for its amazing service. The outpatient department received a 99 percent excellent rating, the emergency department a 94 percent rating and OB-GYN services 98 percent. And, just recently the hospital received an “A” grade for patient safety. Anyone can see that our patients sense of security and satisfaction is our goal. We were one of only four hospitals in northwestern North Carolina who received the “A” grade.
