From arts and crafts to movies, book groups and exercise programs, the Mt Zion Senior Life Enrichment Center is the perfect place for seniors to get together and enjoy the company of each other.
Mt Zion Senior Life Enrichment Center is a friendly, caring environment that allows for seniors to be independent and stay active, social and a part of their community. Regularly engaging in social activities as well as physical exercise programs provide much needed health benefits to the elderly. Having the opportunity to meet friends, have a game or meeting schedule to look forward to each week and enjoy getting out of the house are all reasons why Mt Zion Senior Life Enrichment Center is such an important part of the Winston-Salem senior citizen community. Everyone is welcomed and encourage to participate in our daily, weekly and monthly programs.
