Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center is part of a master plan for a 124-acre area in Clemmons, called Village Point. Located off Harper Road near the Interstate 40 interchange, the site is prepared to handle a 50-bed hospital and medical facilities, an elementary school, four miles of greenway trails and sidewalks, a 17-acre pond, and tree-lined streets with bicycle lanes. Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center offers several tracts for development. A new road into the development, called Village Point Drive, has been built so that Harper Road will continue to primarily serve residential traffic.
