Staff members work closely together with residents at Trinity Elms At Tanglewood Assisted Living by offering them the care and support they need to maintain their independence in an environment that encourages community. Special features include an ice cream parlor, outdoor walking trails and an indoor courtyard.
Adjacent to Trinity Elms At Tanglewood Assisted Living is the brand-new Trinity Elms At Tanglewood Health & Rehab, a skilled nursing residence that also offers short-term rehabilitation for residents who only require a week or few months at our location. And, our assisted living residents can have some peace of mind in the knowledge that should they need rehabilitation services or skilled nursing, it is available right next door.
Trinity Elms At Tanglewood is located just off Interstate 40 near Clemmons, North Carolina, less than a mile from beautiful Tanglewood Park, which offers golf courses, tennis, swimming and many other family activities. It is also convenient to Clemmons Medical Center.
Trinity Elms At Tanglewood is operated by the not-for-profit Lutheran Services Carolinas, which allows for amenities to be available that would be cost-prohibitive at for-profit facilities.

 Trinity Elms At Tanglewood Assisted Living offers a supportive, nurturing and friendly residential environment for those who, are ready to have assistance but keep their independence. For whatever reason an individual cannot live alone, and does not require skilled nursing care, we provide assistance with their every day needs. Residents live as independently as they wish with the assurance that help is always available should they require assistance with the activities of daily living. Residents range from being very independent to facing physical and/or intellectual challenges.
